1st Assistant Supervisor

Evangelist Missionary Tonic Tintswalo Munyuku is a dedicated servant of God, currently serving as the 1st Assistant Supervisor in the South Africa First Jurisdiction. Born and raised in the church, she officially joined the Church Of God In Christ in 2008. In 2017, Bishop Mathews appointed her as the 1st Assistant Supervisor to work alongside Evangelist Missionary Patricia Magwati, the 2nd Assistant Supervisor, under the leadership of Jurisdictional Supervisor Mama Esther Khokong.
As the 1st Assistant Supervisor, Mama Munyuku plays a pivotal role in supporting the Supervisor to strengthen the Women’s department in the Jurisdiction. Her commitment and passion for the church’s growth and the empowerment of women are evident in her service.
In addition to her role within the church, Mama Munyuku is the Founder of the House of Prayer Day Care and Kindergarten. This initiative aims to teach young children the Bible at an early age and provides a solid foundation to prepare them for school.
Family is a cornerstone in Mama Munyuku’s life. She is happily married to Administrative Assistant Vutomi Richard Munyuku, who serves as a Senior Pastor of House of Prayer Church of God In Christ. Together, they are blessed with four children, three boys, and one girl.
Mama Munyuku’s favourite Bible verse is Philippians 4:13, reflecting her faith and belief that she can do all things through Christ who strengthens her. Her life is a testament to her dedication to God, family, and the people she serves.
