Administrative Assistants are appointed by the Jurisdictional Bishop to assist in the aforementioned responsibilities of the Bishop. The Jurisdictional Bishop assigns certain aspects of the Jurisdiction to the Administrative Assistants. The administrative assistants are seasoned individuals of God that provide counsel to the Bishop, encourage the Jurisdiction to follow the program of the Bishop and to fulfill administrative and ministry assignments as assigned by the Bishop. Administrative Assistants are expected to be an extension of the jurisdictional Bishop in example, word and deed. They should be conversant in the Word of God, The Black Book Manual, and the Women’s Handbook. (Note—Administrative assistants wear black clergy shirts with a purple cord. NO other color clergy shirts are acceptable.)
