The Jurisdictional Treasurer is appointed by the Bishop.  The Jurisdictional Treasurer is responsible to compiling a team that processes the finances of the Jurisdiction. This is a highly trustworthy position.  The Treasurer must have a team that processes offerings, concessions, Receives annual “reports” (dues) of the credential holders.
