District Missionary

Missionary Lulekwa Nkomunye serves as the District Missionary in the Women’s Department at SA First Jurisdiction COGIC, overseeing the Head Quarters district under the leadership of Supervisor Mama Esther Khokong and District Superintendent Pastor Thabang Maapola.
Her journey with the Lord began in her youth when her family introduced her to the church. Growing up, she actively served in various capacities. In 2006, she experienced a distinct calling to serve God, a calling that deepened when she joined Tabernacle Church Of God In Christ under the guidance of Bishop Mathews.
Embracing her call, Missionary Lulekwa Nkomunye embarked on a journey of service. In 2007, she became an Aspiring Missionary and later received licenses as Deaconess Missionary in 2010 and Evangelist Missionary in 2013, all under the leadership of Bishop V. Mathews and Lady Mathews.
As a Deaconess Missionary, she actively participated in district and jurisdictional activities. Her dedication and commitment led to her appointment as District Missionary in 2015, after being appointed by the late Supervisor Mother Elizabeth Makopo and approved by Jurisdictional Bishop Vincent Mathews.
In her role, Missionary Lulekwa Nkomunye focuses on serving in accordance with biblical references in 1 Corinthians 7:34 and 1 Timothy 5:8. She is known for her dedication, motivation, faithfulness, steadfastness, availability, and continuous commitment to the work of the Lord.
Beyond her ministry, Missionary Lulekwa Nkomunye is a loving mother raising five children with joy and gratitude.
