SA Jurisdictional Secretary

Elder Reckson Mahori assumed the role of SA Jurisdictional Secretary on October 8, 2023, alongside his dedicated Assistant Secretary, Elder Moiloa Mothobi, following their appointment by Jurisdictional Prelate Bishop Mathews.
Elder Mahori is a visionary leader dedicated to promoting the SA First Jurisdiction brand not only within South Africa but also across the continent and globally. Under his leadership, a team of committed individuals is diligently working to strengthen internal communications.
He oversees the operations of the Secretary’s office, coordinates various initiatives, and ensures alignment with the Bishop’s overarching vision for the jurisdiction.
Born again in January 2010, he was ordained as an elder for SA First Jurisdiction in 2023. Since his salvation, he has passionately dedicated himself to serving God in various ministries, including hosting and leading Family Life groups for over four years.
In 2014, Bishop Mathews appointed him as the Head of Public Relations for the Jurisdiction. He also serves as the Head of Communications at Tabernacle Church of God In Christ, under the leadership of Pastor David Mohlake.
Married to Eunice Mahori and they find immense joy in their marriage, blessed with eight children, including two boys and six girls.
His favorite verse, Proverbs 22:1, “A good name is to be chosen rather than great riches; loving favor rather than silver and gold,” reflects his commitment to integrity and the pursuit of a righteous path.
And his favorite quote, “Excuses are monuments of nothingness building bridges to nowhere, and those who use these tools of incompetence are masters of nothing,” reflects his commitment to excellence and determination to overcome challenges.
Through his leadership, Elder Reckson Mahori strives to contribute significantly to the growth of SA First Jurisdiction.
